All hands on deck towards proper waste management - KWSG
The Hon Commissioner for Environment, Mrs Remilekun Oluwatobi Banigbe in company of the Permanent Secretary of the ministry, Mrs Dupe Adekeye and some of the management staff today in an inspection tour to the permanent dumpsite at Sokoto Ayekale to ascertain the level of work done at the site.
This is in furtherance of the need for expansion of the path ways to the inner cubits for adequate waste disposal.
Banigbe noted that there is need for division of the site into compartment using a barricade to avoid littering of the disposed waste by scavengers.
